Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity in 2026 to join our team as a Field Engineer Intern in our Minneapolis office. The Field Engineer Intern will assist superintendents with daily duties related to project document flow, scheduling, quality control, and safety.

Assisting with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, safety and other duties specific to the project

Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field

Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree

Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term

Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S

Preferred

Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings

Communicate clearly orally and in writing

Handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines and work towards job site efficiency
