B2B Sales Executive - New Partnerships
Landing is a company founded in 2019 that aims to provide flexible living solutions through fully furnished apartments. They are seeking a B2B Sales Executive - New Partnerships to manage the full sales cycle and target multifamily ownership groups and property operators across the U.S.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle sales: Outreach, discovery calls, and closing deals with guidance from senior team members when needed
Prospect and qualify leads: Research and reach out to potential partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach methods
Tech based selling: Position Autopilot as a technology-driven solution to solve operational and revenue challenges for multifamily
Meet clients: Gain exposure to in-person sales meetings as you build experience
Manage pipeline and CRM: Track activity, update deals, and forecast opportunities under guidance
Qualification
Required
Ability to work from our Dallas office (1920 McKinney Ave, Floor 7, Dallas, TX 75201)
Willingness to travel to meet clients
0–2 years of sales or client-facing experience, ideally with some exposure to SaaS, tech, or B2B solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
