Latitude Inc is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage complex travel arrangements, coordinate schedules, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and expense documentation
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and proactively adjust plans to accommodate changes or disruptions
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow-up action items
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation related to executive travel and business activities
Support special projects and perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Required

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proven experience managing complex travel arrangements
