Customer Service Representative
AANSEACORE is a global Business Technology Transformation Solutions Company specializing in Professional Staffing. They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support customer-facing and back-end operations, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Support customer-facing teams by delivering prompt and professional service
Manage back-end activities including invoicing, data requests, and client follow-ups
Coordinate and monitor end-to-end order processing for timely completion
Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently
Qualification
Required
Only US Citizen, Green Card, H4 EAD applicable
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
1+ year of B2B customer service or client support experience (preferred)
Background in banking, teaching, or insurance is an advantage
