Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams supporting Flight Software, DevOps, Software Architects, Engineering tools, and Ground Support Equipment Software

Manage the entire Software development efforts

Plan, organize, and manage technical activities

Serve as a Cost Account Management (CAM) and present to senior-level management on cost, schedule, and technical risks and opportunities

Perform integration and development hardware systems

Promote a collaborative environment between different disciplines and organizations resulting in teams that can effectively solve problems as the arise and proactively prevent things from becoming issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline with 8 years of related engineering experience

Experience leading an engineering team of 30 or more

Cost Account Management (CAM) & EVMS duties and responsibilities

Risk/Opportunity/Issue management experience related to complex hardware and software subsystems

Experience with integration of electronics into a system of systems

Active DOD Secret clearance
