Responsibilities
Design and implement security models and out-of-the-box configurations for MS Dynamics 365
Develop and customize Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Forms, and perform CRM Administration
Hands-on development using C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit
Design and develop SQL Server components, including SSRS and SSIS for data-tier services
Implement console jobs, JavaScripts, and plugins for CRM customization
Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using Middleware tools (KingswaySoft), APIs, REST/OData, Web APIs, and SSIS packages
Utilize Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus) for integrations and work with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream/downstream system integrations
Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools
Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions
Handle analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes for assigned tasks
Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend best-fit solutions
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of professional experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization
Strong technical skills in MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions (online & on-premises)
Expertise in security model design, customizations, and CRM administration
Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and developer toolkit
Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server development
Hands-on experience with Azure services, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls
Knowledge of DevOps pipeline setup for CRM systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently
