Work with warm inbound leads and prior client inquiries
Conduct virtual client meetings via phone or Zoom
Learn and follow proven systems and scripts
Maintain professional, clear communication
Collaborate with your team to ensure a consistent client experience
Participate in weekly virtual training and development
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet performance benchmarks to unlock advancement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Flexible availability (some evenings or weekends)
Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet access
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to complete contracting requirements
Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
Preferred
Individuals with experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
