Lead origination efforts for Lower Middle Market sponsor-backed direct lending transactions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsors and intermediaries
Drive deal sourcing strategy and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the investment team to structure and execute transactions
Represent the firm in the market as a senior leader and trusted partner
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in private credit with a proven track record of originating Lower Middle Market sponsor-backed deals
Strong network of private equity sponsors and intermediaries
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
