Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Project Management support for all initiatives under the R&D Data Strategy & Platforms portfolio
Develop and maintain end‑to‑end project plans, including:
Timelines and milestones
Task breakdowns and ownership
Dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Support the establishment of structure and governance around data access, usage, and availability across R&D
Participate in and support high‑level strategic conversations led by the VP, capturing actions, decisions, and follow‑ups
Track execution of multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring momentum and accountability
Identify risks, issues, or misalignments early and raise flags appropriately
Help coordinate work across multiple office locations, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Provide day‑to‑day organization and operational support in a fast‑moving, evolving environment where processes are being built from the ground up
Ensure alignment with organizational obligations to multiple regulatory authorities (e.g., FTC, SEC, and other governance bodies), beyond traditional FDA oversight
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, enterprise environments
Background working in a highly regulated industry (life sciences, healthcare, finance, government, or similar)
Strong understanding of operating under regulatory and compliance obligations, including data governance considerations
Ability to manage ambiguity and succeed in newly formed or transforming organizations
Experience supporting senior leaders in high‑visibility initiatives and discussions
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Comfortable raising concerns, risks, or dependencies with professionalism and discretion
Willingness to travel between office locations in NJ and PA as needed
Strong alignment with the companies values including integrity, respect, and responsibility
