Build and maintain reliability tooling and automation in Python
Operate and scale containerized platforms using Kubernetes in production
Improve system observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
Partner with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to improve resilience and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong Python development skills with a software-engineering mindset
Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale
Solid Linux fundamentals and understanding of distributed systems
Preferred
Experience supporting trading or other latency-sensitive systems
Familiarity with cloud and on-prem hybrid environments
Exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, or performance tuning
