Client Success Coordinator
Quality Resource Group (QRG) is a customer-driven provider of commercial printing and marketing solutions. They are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to manage client relationships, oversee vendor coordination, and support account growth initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day client relationship health for the assigned Account Executive's (AE) accounts
Maintain regular client touchpoints to ensure satisfaction, clarity, and follow-through with a call first mind-set vs email
Act as the primary escalation point for service-related issues, coordinating resolution across internal teams
Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management in alignment with the AE’s strategy
Ensure proactive communication and issue resolution to protect client retention and experience
Act as a “business owner proxy” for the AE by monitoring account activity, service trends, and risks
Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities and coordinate follow-up with the AE
Support execution of account growth initiatives once strategy is defined by the AE
Reinforce margin awareness by ensuring pricing, fees, and approvals are followed correctly
Track and surface account health insights, risks, and opportunities
Own day-to-day vendor coordination, including pricing discussions, availability checks, and issue resolution
Ensure accurate order processing, proofing, and fulfillment
Provide oversight to ensure timelines, quality standards, and expectations are met
Own credit card collection and coordination with Accounting for secure storage and processing
Follow up on unpaid invoices, expired cards, and past-due balances in partnership with Accounting
Monitor paid invoice status to support AE commission visibility
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of previous customer service experience and/or project management within the promotional industry
Strong computer/data entry skills are required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers/vendors alike
A positive can-do attitude, focused on providing the best customer service through research and resourcefulness to meet the clients expectations- expressed and implied
Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail, and effectively communicating status updates to multiple audiences from C-level down to entry-level support roles as needed
A cooperative and pleasant demeanor and the ability to be an influential team member
Ability to Commute: Minneapolis, MN 55441 (Required)
Preferred
Netsuite experience preferred but not required
