Responsibilities
Lead discovery, ideation, and design efforts for AI-enabled digital products and experiences
Contribute thought leadership and a strategic design perspective informed by best practices, emerging trends, and evolving technologies
Plan and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints to generate ideas, explore possibilities, and align stakeholders on solutions
Translate research, insights, and ideas into user flows, wireframes, interface designs, and interactive prototypes
Develop journey maps, service models, system maps, workflows, and evaluative frameworks to define future-state experiences
Create clear, compelling presentations and communication materials to articulate design strategy, concepts, and rationale to stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business partners to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Provide thoughtful design critique and mentorship to other designers, fostering high-quality and consistent experiences across the portfolio
Present and defend design decisions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism to diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a complex environment

Extensive experience in user experience design, including hands-on work designing complex digital products and systems
8+ years of professional experience in user experience design, including hands-on work designing complex digital products and systems
Demonstrated experience designing or supporting AI-driven solutions and workflows
A strong portfolio showcasing experience design across multiple projects and screen-based experiences
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills paired with intellectual curiosity and creativity
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate differing perspectives constructively
