Detail driven and customer focused
Execute on daily Fulfillment Operations processes within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Review incoming orders for credit or debit cards via the Salesforce database
Create and track reporting throughout the fulfillment lifecycle
Manually retrieve cards from secure safes
Manually package cards and update the system with details
Track and monitor cards that require additional configurations through completion and escalation
Package cards, verify by another team member, and submit for shipment to mailroom department
Track FedEx deployments, leveraging familiarity with customs
Proactively mitigate and research open items
Respond timely to questions regarding fulfillment process
Answer questions on specific orders
Deliver high quality work consistently
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communications
Commitment to provide premier customer service
Leverage risk management and problem-solver and critical thinking acumen
