Responsibilities
Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI agents, ensuring alignment with customer needs and emerging technology trends
Lead cross-functional teams to validate use cases, prototype solutions, and deliver high-impact AI products
Manage the full lifecycle of AI product portfolios—from ideation through launch and iterative improvement
Prioritize enhancements and customer requests to maximize product ROI and market differentiation
Evaluate pricing strategies using customer value and ROI analysis to support scalable growth
Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including beta programs, sales enablement, and reference materials
Facilitate customer advisory meetings to gather insights and validate product direction
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in product management with a strong track record in launching and scaling technology products
2+ years' experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
Proven expertise in customer discovery, strategic road mapping, and lifecycle management
Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and technologies
Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with ROI modeling and pricing strategy
Excellent leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
Preferred
Experience with SaaS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling, including prompt engineering, RAG, and evals
Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise software environments
Exposure to data engineering concepts and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#
