Responsibilities
Leads cross-functional teams in choke management and well performance optimization
Develops and refines choke management strategies and artificial lifts for lifecycle optimization
Leads mechanical integrity programs and failure investigations
Owns full project lifecycle from concept to field handover and appraisal
Influences production operations in high-complexity environments
Trains and coaches’ engineers while leading multidisciplinary projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
Strong technical knowledge in completions, flow assurance, and mechanical integrity
Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and team development
Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
