Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization

Build and maintain dashboards, generate reports, and prepare data visualizations to guide business decisions

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, structure, and validate data from multiple sources

Audit, compile, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrity

Communicate findings internally and externally, answering questions and providing clarity on data and reports

Work on complex projects of large scope, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Automate manual reporting processes and implement efficiencies

Support the implementation of new practices, processes, and procedures

Create ad-hoc datasets and visualizations (graphs, tables, charts) based on business requests

Required

3–5 years of data analytics or related experience

Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including: OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines, Dataflows, and Power BI integration

Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and Python for Fabric Notebooks

Ability to understand database structures, relationships, and dependencies

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and graphing)

Fast-paced, multi-tasking environment requiring adaptability and attention to detail

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Strong data visualization skills with Power BI (preferred), Tableau, and Qlik Sense

Insurance industry experience preferred

General understanding of AI for personal productivity, including: Using AI tools for data analysis, report automation, and decision support. Awareness of AI trends and their impact on BI workflows
