✔ Process narrative edits and time/cost adjustments

✔ Compile and summarize receipts for third-party expenses

✔ Prepare client statements and timekeeper summaries

✔ Upload LEDES invoices via eBilling Hub and client platforms

✔ Respond to inquiries on billing, payment status, and matter history

✔ Maintain billing files and assist with audits

✔ Support collections and escalate issues as needed

✔ Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff on billing matters

✔ Generate reports and assist with special projects

✔ Uphold confidentiality in all firm and client matters
