Manager, Inside Sales
Samuel, Son & Co. is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of pressure vessel solutions. They are seeking a Manager of Inside Sales to manage existing customer relationships, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities
Manage a group of existing customers
Ensuring customer expectations are met and VOC is heard within the organization
Follow up on quotations and actively manage the sales funnel for assigned accounts to maximize conversion rates
Identify opportunities to increase wallet share with existing customers
Forecasting orders/sales monthly using CRM and other tools
Work incoming leads from the different marketing channels
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Identifies and works to remove obstacles which prevent quotes from being closed as wins
Works with various company departments to facilitate organic growth opportunities
Works with customer care team on account development and overall customer satisfaction
Keeps management informed of information collected regarding competition, pricing, problems, etc
Documents activity using CRM (D365) on a daily and ongoing basis
Able to effectively represent the SPVG within each division, customers, and all other stakeholders
Travel as necessary (not to exceed 10%); 5 trips per year to support customers, strategy meetings, and/or trade or technical conferences
Forecasts account opportunity potential using the CRM. Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies that align with corporate objectives
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts within approved guidelines to close deals profitably
Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive advantages to effectively position solutions
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address concerns before they escalate

Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures
Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job
Must have a basic understanding of computers
Must have reading, writing and simple math skills
Sales and/or sales management experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably related Industrial and/or Pressure Vessels markets
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Ability to effectively work with internal and external customers in a team environment
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred with a focus in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration plus a broad sales/marketing experience of 5 or more years preferably in a manufacturing environment
