As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in new activations and upgrades while providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Attain personal sales targets for new activations, upgrades, and accessories monthly
Work with management on inventory management controls
Participate in sales generation through non-traditional retail prospecting methods
Grow the customer base and retain existing customers by providing an excellent customer shopping experience
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products, and services
Maintain clean and professional appearance of wireless store location
Prioritize your work according to the store and management needs
Communicate frequently with managers and co-workers
Understand and follow TA safety guidelines as well as all company policies and procedures
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to meet or exceed personal sales targets in new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales
Ability to work with management on inventory management controls
Ability to participate in sales generation through non-traditional retail prospecting methods

Comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products, and services
Maintain clean and professional appearance of wireless store location
Ability to prioritize work according to store and management needs
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Understand and follow TA safety guidelines as well as all company policies and procedures
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
