Scale the Human Element: Direct the hiring, onboarding, and long-term mentorship of multiple engineering squads, fostering a culture of high performance and low ego
Operationalize Innovation: Integrate PWA, decoupled architectures, and DevOps maturity into the daily workflow
Bridge the Boardroom: Translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable business value for executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Required

5+ years of experience building enterprise-level web/mobile applications with deep roots in modern programming languages (e.g., PHP, C#, Go, TypeScript) and frameworks (e.g., VueJS, Node.js, Symfony, or Laravel)
3+ years specifically managing engineering teams with a proven track record of shipping on time and developing talent
Deep experience with Magento 2 or comparable modern commerce platforms and PWA development
Proficient in API development (REST/SOAP), SQL/NoSQL, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
A strong grasp of Scrum/Kanban, potentially backed by PMP or Scrum Master certifications
