Plumbers Supply Co. is a family-owned company with over 100 years of stability, seeking an Inside Sales associate for their Bowling Green location. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth by processing orders, generating sales, and supporting outside sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and returns via the P-21 system to maintain operational flow
Drive repeat business by providing timely technical product information and recommending cost-effective alternatives
Maintain the Inside Sales Portal and monitor shipment schedules to ensure our promises to customers are kept
Partner with Outside Sales to identify new opportunities and expand our footprint within the Bowling Green territory

Qualification

Required

Previous Plumbing/PVF industry experience or Counter Sales experience
High proficiency with P21 (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory availability, lead times, and expedited shipping requests
A cooperative attitude and a deep dedication to providing elite customer service
Physically able to sit or stand for extended periods and routinely lift up to 50 lbs
