Responsibilities
Lead Atlas’s Dallas advisory business with full P&L-level ownership mindset
Build, recruit, and mentor high-performing advisors and advisory teams
Drive organic AUM growth while integrating acquired advisors or firms
Serve UHNW individuals, families, founders, and institutions
Partner with Atlas leadership on firm-wide strategy, M&A, and product expansion
Represent Atlas in the Dallas business, investment, and family-office community
Qualification
Required
10+ years as a financial advisor
A proven track record building and managing advisory teams
Experience overseeing $100M+ in AUM (personal, team, or firm-level)
Deep client relationships and strong professional reputation
Experience recruiting, training, and retaining advisors
Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels
Live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
Be willing to work from Atlas HQ at least 4 days per week
Be motivated by equity, ownership, and long-term value creation—not just near-term payout
