Responsibilities
Lead complex divorce and family law matters from client intake through strategy, discovery, negotiation, trial, and settlement
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Oversee case staffing, workflow efficiency, and quality control
Engage prospective high-end clients in intake meetings and serve as a firm strategic representative
Develop firm-wide best practices, support business development, and refine operational systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of sales/client management experience
Minimum 7+ years of substantive divorce / family law experience, with exposure to high-asset and complex cases
Proven supervisory or leadership experience managing legal teams or associates
Excellent communication, trial preparation, and client counseling skills
Tech-forward mindset; familiarity with practice-management systems, digital workflows, and efficient project delivery
Passion for delivering empathetic, strategic advocacy in emotionally sensitive cases
Ability to work in-office in White Plains, NY
