Responsibilities

Develop a clear vision to lead the organization towards a “data-driven and insight-led culture.”

Understand business strategy and develop key metrics that align with overall business objectives and contribute to the success of the organization

Understand key financial metrics and ensure people analytics strategy/outputs align with the financial language of the organization

Collaborate with HR business partners and other teams to ensure data-driven insights lead to actionable strategies that enhance workplace efficiency and engagement

Develop and implement strategies to communicate changes effectively and measure progress

Develop/install people, processes, and technology to accommodate requests for insights and data, not only about the workforce and HR, but from other business operations as well

Develop/install workforce planning as a process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, and assess gaps

Anticipate and evaluate the impact and implications of future decisions and activities on other parts of the organization

Evaluate data and courses of action to reach logical, pragmatic decisions. Take an unbiased, rational approach with calculated risks

Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards

Performs other special projects and assignments as required by management
