Responsibilities

Strong background in API Development and Middleware Integration

Hands-on knowledge in IIB/ACE and/or Spring boot Microservices

Experience in API design (Integration frameworks, Swagger modeling, design tools like IBM RSA, UML tools, Swagger designer or similar)

In-depth knowledge of API security (OAuth, OIDC, SSO, JWT etc), scaling, resiliency, performance tuning, availability and other NFRs

Solid knowledge of API Gateways like APIC, Datapower, Azure APIM, Apigee and their functionality and configuration etc

Must possess solid understanding of REST framework and API first approach

Must be a self starter

Should have experience in leading technical teams and be able to mentor others if required

Should be able to work as a bridge between business, Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and QA

Should be able to independently handle projects without much help and support
