Responsibilities
Build and audit financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, comps, precedent transactions)
Create and refine pitch materials, CIMs, teasers, investment memos, and management presentations
Conduct industry deep-dives, competitive analysis, and market mapping
Assist with due diligence, investor outreach, and data room coordination
Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational drivers
Participate in client calls, strategy sessions, and deal review meetings
Work with Analysts and full-time Associates to support all active mandates
Manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Current MBA student (Class of 2026 or similar)
Strong background in finance, consulting, private equity, analytics, or quantitative fields
Proven financial modeling ability (Excel) and strong PowerPoint design skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Demonstrated interest in investment banking and transaction execution
Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
