Process donations and generate tax receipts in Salesforce
Create, send, and track donor acknowledgement letters and emails
Manage printing and mailing of physical donor correspondence
Audit, clean, and maintain donor and opportunity records in Salesforce
Identify and resolve duplicate records and data inconsistencies
Draft standard operating procedures and document workflows
Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefing materials
Compile donor giving histories and engagement summaries
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting development or fundraising operations using Salesforce or a similar CRM
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Clear and professional written communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
