Ensure effective hiring processes and access accurate information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and proven experience in talent acquisition, 5 – 7 years of experience
Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies
Workforce planning partnership with business leaders
Use of data and technology to drive recruitment outcomes
Labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks
Workforce planning in partnership with business leaders
Employment assessment tools and their application
Employer branding and talent management practices
Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven technologies
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
