The Trenchless Project Engineer will provide civil and geotechnical engineering and consulting services, lead team members, and oversee project progress while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Lead safety efforts for teams and ensure teams follow safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrating safety practices. Promote pre-task planning for all projects

Responsible for continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor and promote quality standards and practices

Develop an understanding and be aware of project-related risk and how to manage the risks

Provide technical direction required for completion of routine and unique or complex projects

Responsible for conceptualizing supporting engineering design and/or investigative approach for moderate to large projects

Provide technical review of projects with complex and innovative engineering techniques, perform engineering evaluations, and develop recommendations in written reports

Lead less experienced engineers or technical support personnel on projects

Develop and review design drawings and specifications for construction projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical or Geological Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) registration

Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

Periodically travel and work on project sites out of town

Master's degree in Engineering

CAD software experience preferred
