Responsibilities
Lead technical design and implementation of advanced data mobility capabilities while building deep domain expertise
Own all aspects of feature delivery—from design and development to release, support, and maintenance
Actively participate (and lead when needed) in agile ceremonies to ensure team commitments are met
Drive design and code reviews with architects and developers to deliver robust, scalable solutions
Stay informed on AI trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for improving product capabilities and team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelors (Technical)/Masters preferred, with 8+ years of strong design, development and technical leadership experience
Proven track record in applying advanced software engineering concepts / design patterns in designing complex, distributed systems
Demonstrated expertise in Java(preferably RxJava) and Vert.x with various operating systems (Linux, Windows)
Familiarity with scripting languages in open systems i.e Python and experience in developing REST API based interfaces
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience in leveraging AI tools or frameworks to improve developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation in software development
Preferred
6 to 8 years of related experience
Experience in building products and solutions for the storage domain
