Responsibilities
Process and support multi-state payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Perform all payroll accounting functions, including journal entries, adjustments, and accruals
Complete payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Reconcile benefits, 401(k), and related payroll accounts
Review payroll and benefit-related general ledger accounts for accuracy
Prepare payroll-related reports and support audits as needed
Provide high-level customer service to employees across all U.S. time zones
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict payroll deadlines
Partner with HR, Accounting, and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of experience in Payroll Accounting
Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Advanced Excel skills and strong payroll reporting experience
Solid understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and benefits accounting
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
