Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management
Collaborate with sourcing teams to attract high-quality talent for both short- and long-term needs
Use data, market insights, and AI-enabled tools to drive smarter hiring decisions
Support employer branding and ensure a strong candidate experience
Act as a consultative partner during periods of change and transformation
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition
Strong experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and technology
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business needs
Consultative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
Preferred

Experience with employer branding, talent management, or assessment tools
