Responsibilities

Handle technical requests submitted by end users of RCH products and systems

Utilize SQL to quickly analyze data and determine root causes of technical issues

Write SQL scripts to update and resolve data issues

Assist users with technical questions or issues related to products or applications

Work with the Development Team to manage Deployment of Software updates

Coordinate with IT Teams, Business units, and external vendors to ensure effective application services and reliability of all applications

Required

Experience as an Application Support Analyst

Ability to handle technical requests submitted by end users of RCH products and systems
