Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy secure and scalable LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center network solutions
Develop high-availability network architecture, including redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery connectivity
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams to support hybrid (on-prem + cloud) network environments
Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network appliances
Maintain accurate network documentation: diagrams, IP address plans, topology, standards, configurations, and runbooks
Act as Tier-2/3 escalation for network-related incidents and outages, performing root cause analysis and timely resolution
Proactively identify network risks, performance bottlenecks, or security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
Lead enterprise network upgrade projects, migrations, and new office/data center builds
Evaluate new networking technologies and tools to enhance reliability, security, and observability
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure
Strong technical expertise in Cisco and Juniper technologies
Ability to take ownership of network projects
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network systems
Network incident response and proactive improvement of infrastructure
Design, configure, and deploy secure and scalable LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center network solutions

Expertise in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP), MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec, SSL), DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation
Preferred
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Azure VNets)
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python for network automation, Terraform)
Understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and documentation practices
Collaborative environment with ownership, innovation, and continuous learning
Hands-on experience with Zero Trust architecture, policies, or platform integration
CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications preferred
Experience implementing or supporting Zero Trust platforms (e.g., Zscaler ZPA/ZIA, Zero Trust Network Access, identity-based segmentation, continuous authentication)
