Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs

Develop and execute research strategies to support product objectives and key results (OKRs)

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics

Analyze data using tools like Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to uncover insights

Create and maintain UX artifacts (personas, journey maps, service blueprints)

Present research findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams

Contribute to Research Ops and scale UX research practices across the organization

Work in an Agile environment across multiple initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or related discipline

Strong understanding of user-centered design, with hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods and analytical skills

Experience with SPSS, R, SQL, database queries, and basic programming languages

Knowledge and ability to use remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing platforms

Preferred

Ability to present work in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders, explaining design recommendations using best practices, testing data, or business requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and product lines

Experience in owning and creating research strategies that help define and work toward product objectives and key results (OKRs)
