The role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for utility infrastructure projects and collaborating with various teams to ensure project execution and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for utility infrastructure projects

Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Planning teams to drive project execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, addressing technical needs, timelines, and project requirements

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and status reports

Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory, safety, and utility standards

Track project risks, issues, and action items; implement mitigation strategies

Coordinate procurement, contractor engagement, and resource planning where applicable

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

Work closely with Finance to monitor project spend and support cost recovery processes

Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Qualification

Utility Project ManagementEngineering DegreeFinancial AcumenStakeholder ManagementCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline preferred)

Utility Project Management experience—preferably with electric utility infrastructure projects

Strong background in managing technical and field-related utility projects

Experience working directly with external customers on project requirements and deliverables

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and forecasts
