Senior Inside Sales Specialist – Aftermarket (Processors)
Stealth Talent Solutions is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to support their processor aftermarket business with a focus on twin-screw applications. The role involves managing aftermarket orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer relationships are maintained and technical issues are addressed.
Responsibilities
Own aftermarket orders from cradle to grave , serving as the primary point of accountability
Manage and grow existing processor customer relationships
Handle customer calls, updates, and expectation management
Prepare quotes (especially rush and complex aftermarket work)
Push urgent and priority parts through internal teams and the shop
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints
Talk through technical issues directly with customers
Ensure all technical and commercial details are gathered before work hits the shop floor
Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, manufacturing, and shipping
Act as the voice of the customer internally
Qualification
Required
5+ years of inside sales or B2B technical sales experience
Ability to read and discuss engineering drawings and technical issues
Strong communicator who can manage customers and internal teams
Comfortable owning orders end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Aftermarket experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing or processing customers
Benefits
