Responsibilities

Serve as relationship manager to a majority of EIP's strategic limited partners, providing feedback to internal teams while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships with partners

In collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Impact, develop strategies to provide exceptional support to limited partners and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints

Create enabling infrastructure that empowers other relationship managers at EIP to operate efficiently and delight their customers

Manage and support new partners and ambassadors through their onboarding process

Plan, support, and conduct follow ups in conjunction with firm events for limited partners, both virtual and in person

Act as project manager for quarterly and annual deliverables, including quarterly account planning and quarterly business reviews

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure LP feedback is integrated into new processes and manage ad-hoc requests, as needed
