Responsibilities
Support finance transformation programs across planning, forecasting, and reporting
Act as a liaison between Finance and IT stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Work hands-on with Hyperion / Essbase applications
Support system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
Analyze current-state finance processes and recommend improvements
Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and performance optimization
Create functional documentation and support user training
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Finance Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Essbase
Background in Finance Transformation, FP&A, or Financial Systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work 5 days onsite (Miami preferred)
Preferred
Deep Hyperion / Essbase expertise (required for at least one hire)
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or similar financial platforms
Exposure to other finance transformation technologies
Experience supporting enterprise-scale financial system initiatives
