Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems
Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing on large, complex datasets
Implement scalable ML pipelines and deploy models into production environments using MLOps best practices
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve business problems
Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Continuously monitor and improve model performance and accuracy post-deployment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala
Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI techniques
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker)
Expertise in SQL, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), and data visualization tools
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
6–10 years in AI/ML model development and deployment
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and transformer architectures
Knowledge of reinforcement learning and graph-based ML
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
