Responsibilities
Deliver live, personalized demonstrations of D365 Finance that translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders
Design and present "proof of concept" environments to simulate real-world workflows, data migrations, and system integrations
Develop and maintain technical specification documentation and training materials to help customers and internal teams scale their operations
Develop and deliver high quality standard proposals and presentations
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall D365 Finance solutions
Provide a deep level of product knowledge and skillfully answer product & services related questions during the sales cycle
Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
Stay current on Microsoft D365 roadmap, licensing models, and industry trends
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and updates
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand awareness
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of B2B software pre-sales/sales experience; preferably in ERP/Finance/Accounting systems
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, F&O, or AX solutions
Proven ability to support a full sales cycle and successful quota achievement
Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment and collaborating with virtual teams
High level of professionalism and customer-first mentality
Preferred
Experience selling or demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Office 365)
Background in finance, accounting, or consulting a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
