Responsibilities
Oversee the finance department's day-to-day functions, including accurate accounting and the maintenance of internal controls to ensure the protection of the organizational assets
Lead end-to-end finance operations: taxation, accounts payable/receivable, audits, and compliances
Generate quarterly financial statements for finance committee and banks. Responsible for monthly and annual financial reporting
Prepare the annual budget for all operations
Coordinate all external audit activity and tax filings
Oversee all functions above for 8 operating programs and 5 agencies
Qualification
Required
CPA License required
Bachelor's Degree required
More than 8 years work related experience
5-8 years of supervisory experience
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies with finance
Ability to exercise discretion and a very high level of confidentiality with sensitive information is required to be successful in this position
Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and priorities is required
Ability to participate and collaborate in a team setting is required
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus as is experience in Intacct
