Responsibilities

Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation
Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project
Perform quarterly release testing
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a must with multiple implementations
Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications
Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions

Required

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules is required
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a must with multiple implementations
Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three (3) full life-cycle of Oracle Cloud Core HR
Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.)

Preferred

Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
Healthcare experience is a big Plus
Knowledge of Service Now software
Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management
