Service Desk Technician, Executive Support
Contech Engineered Solutions, under QUIKRETE Companies, is seeking an IT Professional to provide executive support for computer systems, hardware, and software issues. The role involves delivering high-touch IT support to executives, managing their technology needs, and ensuring seamless operation of devices and systems.

Responsibilities
Provide high-touch, personalized IT support to executives, both remotely and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and mobile device issues across Windows, Mac, and iOS devices
Set up and maintain laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, AV systems, video conferencing tools, and peripheral equipment
Manage executive calendar integrations, email performance (Outlook/Exchange), and collaboration platforms (SharePoint and OneDrive)
Configure and support secure network access (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) for executive users in office and remote environments
Assist with troubleshooting events of servers, including Windows Server, file shares, Active Directory, and remote access systems. Assist with Shutdown and Reboot servers and switches (due to maintenance)
Coordinate and test AV setups while traveling with corporate executives for yearly corporate meetings
Maintain security standards on all devices, including encryption, VPN, and MFA
Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to expedite issue resolution
Support technology needs during executive travel and offsite events, ensuring high availability and minimal disruption
Enter tickets into ServiceNow for tracking and completion documentation
Help with personal devices such as cell phones/tablets/laptops as needed
Escalate issues to the Team Lead, the Systems team, and the Operations team when necessary
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT support, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives in an enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device ecosystems
Hands-on experience with networking technologies (switches, firewalls, access points), VPN configuration, and basic server maintenance
Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server, and remote access tools
Experience supporting AV systems and conferencing tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
