Responsibilities
Attend industry and clients meetings and events
Manage proposal process from start to finish
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant data and insights for proposals
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning that enhance proposal content
Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company branding
Manage proposal timelines and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of deadlines
Assist in the creation of marketing materials related to proposals, including print advertising and digital content
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline the proposal process and improve efficiency
Maintain an organized database of past proposals for reference in future submissions
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role is highly desirable
Strong skills in copywriting and content marketing with a focus on persuasive communication
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus
Knowledge of print advertising techniques and sales processes will be beneficial
