Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce support
Handle tickets and perform basic incident triage
Assist with planning and prioritizing sustainment work
Monitor:
Support mailboxes
Batch jobs
Scheduled jobs
Provide functional guidance during enhancements
Support:
Documentation
Onboarding activities
Meeting preparation
Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams
Lead and participate in weekly syncs with business and IT teams
Participate in stakeholder conversations and status updates
Ensure smooth communication across all teams
Help identify process improvements and opportunities to simplify operations
Track recurring operational issues
Prioritize enhancements to reduce manual interventions
Analyze incident trends and propose long-term solutions
Qualification
Required
10 years of overall Salesforce experience
4 years of Salesforce development experience
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
Solid understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
Strong experience with APEX programming and Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
Solid understanding of Salesforce Profiles, Permission sets, Groups, Sharing settings, and Organization-wide defaults
Comfortable using development and DevOps tools, including VS Code for development, Copado for DevOps, and Data import/export tools
Deep understanding of Salesforce security controls, standards, and best practices
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform
Strong understanding of Azure SQL
Proven track record in Agile product ownership
Proven track record in Enhancement leadership roles
Excellent communication skills
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and data quality
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce workflows
Familiarity with Apex
