The Loan Operations Assistant will perform essential duties for day-to-day bank operations, including booking loans, assisting branches with transactions, and managing the Escrow Portfolio.

Responsibilities

Assists loan admins and lenders with day-to-day transactions, such as loan payments, loan advances, and answering questions regarding their status of loans

Communicates with branch personnel to correctly resolve transaction discrepancies

Handles transaction and exception processing as appropriate for non-posts, payments, advances, ACH's, and Mobile Transactions

Assists with duties related to Loan Processing, including sending wires

Helps ensure policies under areas of responsibility are followed and exceptions properly documented

Performs other duties as assigned
