Facilitating the swift onboarding and credentialing of Physical and Occupational Therapists seeking to provide patient care within our community
Maintain accurate, up-to-date therapist documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Consistently conduct outreach and follow up for therapists missing required documents
Respond swiftly to urgent situations, coordinating immediate solutions as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in Customer Service
1+ years experience in Onboarding
Spanish Required!!!
Perseverance under pressurized situations
Expert time management & multi-tasking skills
Ability to see multiple projects through to timely completion
Superior written and verbal communication skills
