Responsibilities
Configure and maintain network hardware and software
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Upgrade network infrastructure to meet strict vulnerability management requirements
Document standard operating procedures for network maintenance
Implement security standards to safeguard systems
Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks
Evaluate network systems to improve service delivery and efficiency
Support continuous audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation planning
Interact with peer groups and management to ensure project completion
Qualification
Required
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in network administration
Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, IPv6, VPNs, and firewalls
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred
Experience in federally regulated environments preferred
