Responsibilities
Provide governance, oversight, and escalation for Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning & Financial Management, and related reporting platforms
Lead and develop a global team of 7–10 finance analysts and developers
Drive end-to-end finance process optimization (close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting)
Ensure data accuracy, SOX compliance, and delivery of executive-level dashboards and analytics
Oversee project execution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide senior technical leadership for complex production issues, including Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents
Lead configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of core Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, PA, FA)
Support budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and capital planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
6+ years of experience with Oracle EBS and Hyperion finance systems
Prior people management experience
Strong knowledge of IT governance, SDLC, and change management
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred
10+ years of Oracle EBS/Hyperion experience
Leadership experience in a global, matrixed environment
